FABRICS - Choice of four colorways:
Coastal Blues
Brights
Christmas
Neutrals
Option #1 - Sign up for the $16.95 BOM program on our website or sign up in-person at our shop starting NOW!
Arrive anytime between 10:30 am - 1 pm on the first Saturday of every month. Mark your calendars!
You will then receive your next kit and block pattern. Remember - there is NO CHARGE for this next block, if you bring in the previous month's finished block on the next 1st Saturday. The second one is on us - our gift to you! Keep it going as long as you can to qualify for the next month’s free block/kit! If you miss one of our first Saturday events, just pay an additional $16.95 in the store or online (you can “get back on track" this way).
NOTE - save leftover fabric from each month for future blocks. This program does not include background, batting, backing, or binding. We provide the fabric for each monthly kit and that month’s pattern. To receive the NEXT month’s kit and pattern, bring your block to the shop on the 1st SATURDAY and show us. We would love to take a picture of you and your block to put on our Facebook page!
Option #2 - Whole Quilt Top Kit $299.00 - Cannot commit to First Saturdays? We’ll provide the entire quilt top for you! This includes all of the patterns and fabric to make this quilt top. As a bonus, we’ll provide the fabric for sashing and binding - an entire quilt top! Schedule with 2-week pick-up notice.
Option #3 is $45 for the pattern by itself - Do you want to use your home fabric stash and make this mystery quilt? Solve the mystery and just buy the pattern (you’ll need to take a pledge of secrecy and don’t tell anyone what it is)! LOL We’ll provide an entire packet of patterns for you to pick up at one time. Sign up online or in person at the shop, and we’ll get your packet ready!
Frequently Asked Questions - FAQ
What happens if I miss your first Saturday event one month?
You simply pay $16.95 to get back into the program, and we’ll give you the next pattern and kit in the series. Life gets busy! If you forget that day or need to be out of town, no worries. The $16.95 fee will get you back into the Saturday Sampler program.
Please note - We cannot accept photos emailed as a substitute or a “proxy” (friend/family member) to bring in your block - unless you wish to send $16.95 with your proxy. Alternatively, you can pay $16.95 to catch up at the NEXT Saturday or anytime during the month. Our gift to each participant is a free monthly kit when we see our customers at the shop and celebrate their ongoing progress. It’s so motivating to be a part of a community of quilters working on beautiful projects!
Miss a Saturday? Pick up your pattern/kit anytime that month for $16.95. We’ll have it ready for you to jump right back in! Want it mailed? You can order online - select postage payment for a mailed kit.
What happens if I join months after your Saturday Sampler has started?
We’d still love to have you join! Be sure to sign up online and call the shop to get started at (317) 326-3115 or email catalog@zigzagcorner.com. We will go back to “block 1” and have our staff make up kits you may have missed so you can get caught up - contact us to make arrangements. Example - If you join three months into the program, sign up for $16.95 and then pay the “catch-up fee” of $16.95 x 2 months.
TIPS - Keep ALL your scraps. Do not wash your fabrics. These are considered pre-cut fabrics. Wash your quilt once it’s completed, longarmed & bound.
Once you are on track, remember to attend our 1st Saturday events between 10:30 am - 1 pm. Bring your completed block to show us! You’ll receive a FREE kit/pattern for the next block. You’re welcome to jump in at any time!.png)
